It's Halloween :)

I love October, here are some pictures of what we've been upto in our lovely vintage this month.

Mine and Bellas town adventure!

It's October my very favourite month, the leaves are brown and crispy everyone has their chimneys on and I get to buy more coats... What! I need them!... Anyyy way moving on.

 We spent the afternoon with the lovely Mim

We hit a couple of charity shops in Faversham. Sadly I was unsuccessful largely due to doing more chatting that browsing!

Then we popped along to see Rachel, she owns The Hat Shop in town.

It's a treasure trove. Not only does she sell hats, she sells so many little pretties I don't know where to start, take a peek!

          Then I found this little mouse, so I let him ride home on my cape :)

Catch up!

Well I've had another laps I'm rubbish! Lots of things have been going on, have a gander and soon I'll do a proper piece on something. When I'm not feeling so tired and baby brain like ;)

Oh too sweet!

Okay I've been on the look out for a certain kind of vintage kitchen appliance for yonks, the ones I found were either stupid expensive or in crappy condition. So I advertised on Facebook and lo and behold my lovely friend Julie Davis from Fabulous flowers had one she didn't want!.

And here it is!

So this is my new favourite thing ever ever ever! But have you ever used one?...no? me either.

It was an experience I'll never forget, because I was scraping butter from my ceiling and feeling guilty for almost having blinded my son with stray lumps of sugar, (just a useful hint when the recipe says use softened butter you better damn well listen)
