So I found these two little hats in A la Mode and hat to have them (hat to.. I hat..oh never mind)
The brown one is french and oh so lovely I practically had to beat my grandma off with a stick, it annoyingly looked very nice on her however!
Its a Marche exclusive all I know is that its French and from the 1950s
made of brown felt with beautiful bead work.

Now this little hat is the clear favourite, when I saw it in Elles shop I new right then I had to own it!
It's an unusual one and a real find, the colour is really nicely preserved TOO.
Granny Carry had to show me how to wear it I didn't have a clue! the label says Clover Lane, I couldn't dig up much on the company but then my computer skills leave a LOT to be desired.
The company made couture hats and I think mine was born in the mid 1940s (good stuff!)
