I like wearing what I like wearing because I like wearing it!

Ridiculously fluffy hats, lipstick kisses, snoods and old cardies that's me!
Wellll I've always been a wee bit dramatic,
1950s sheepskin hat, if it gets wet I found the hair dryer works wonders

Goth: did it
Purple Dr martians and Shakespeare: did it,
Kevin keegan perm and scary spice shoes; ashamedly did it.
Chanel Lipstick kiss from the lovely Melissa Dawson Bowling
My style has changed and evolved dear readers and thank god it has, I've never really cared what one should wear just that one feels pretty darn fly whilst doing the actual wearing. (ohh I went all royal about it!)
The point is dressing like a little old lady won't please everyone but it suites me, oh yes it does I can't explain why putting on sensible tweed a scarf and a brooch made to look like a bug just gives me a warm glowing feeling, but it does.
I've heard my style described as adults being able to rebel like Gothic teenagers, and actually I kind of like that :) I think the point is (and we've all done it) smirked behind our hands at "poor" fashion choices, Is that we could all afford to be a little more tolerant of what others do.
the only one thing that irritates me is the "I can't be bothered so I'll just wear my PJ's and wont wash look"
Ladies and Gent's there really is no need! we should all take pride in how we look  I find if I look good on the outside (whatever my version is of that) I feel pretty darn good on the inside too.
I think the mantra I live by is "You can never be overdressed only under dressed" Maybe that's why I like the glamour of the 20s 30s 40s and 50s classic style that never really goes out of fashion. Easy and frivolous, seriously who wouldn't love matching gloves and a purse shaped like a poodle...?*coughs any one? poodle purse...no?* Well you should give it a whirl it will revolutionise  your life, make you taller, faster..ok so I may be going off on a tangent but you get my point, take five look at the drab dreary things you don't really love and donate them! one thing a week replace the item right away with your version of a poodle purse and run free! feeling taller, faster etc!
Snood
Find out what makes you feel good and go with it, dressing up isn't the MOST important thing but feeling good is :) (oh dear I did just belt out a round of Nina Simone then, join in if the mood takes you)
